Q . Reader Interface show 'Communication Down'.

Check Door Interface communication status (Green & Yellow LED should blink).

Check wiring termination of C+/C- between Door Interface and Reader Interface. Might cause by wrong termination.

Q . Green & Yellow LED not blinking or either one of the LED always light ON.

Check wiring termination of C+/C- between Door Interface and Reader Interface. Might cause by wrong termination.

Change communication IC (75HVD3082). Might cause by faulty IC.

Q . No transaction return/ FEP down.

Check Software Setting. [FEP Port 0]/ [FEP Port1] should assign with correct portNo. Default will set to NOT USE.

Check Alarm Processing-> FEP setting, [Installed] mode should be YES. Default will set to NO.

Ensure the CTA Controller assign with correct DIP address.

Check on PCI-FEP should have minimum green LED blink from time to time. Indicated signal send out.

Q . Configured Events not functional.

Re-check to the Event program settings. Ensure correct logic applied.

Perform Event download once again. Goto Reload Settings to FEP-> Event Program Lists.

Q . Sensor/ Input DO NOT functional

Check to the RED LED status. RED blink/ constant to indicate INPUT point opened.

Noted that 3.3K Ohm resistor should series for NC connection; Parallel for NO connection.

Check to connectivity & correct value/ non defect of resistor.

Q . Output not trigger

Ensure on-board relay trigger. Check to the NO & Comm connectivity during trigger mode. Red LED should ON.

Check to the Event settings. Observe to Constant/ Pulse method applied.

Q . Unable to Acknowledge PC Alarm Beeper.

Each point of INPUT should perform Acknowledge before to call PC Alarm beeper acknowledge.

Q . Perform Total Reload Return Error Message
